How to Achieve the Float

Making a levitating gadget work takes some patience and practice. If it’s your first experience with magnetic levitation, you may need a few tries before you succeed. Once you master it, it becomes much simpler!

• Step 1: Set the base on a flat, non-metal surface. Attach the cable to the base and plug the adapter into your power outlet to switch it on.
• Step 2: Hold the 3D Floating Moon Lamp with both hands. Position it from the center, about 10 cm above the base, and slowly lower it until you’re roughly 2 cm above the base. You’ll sense a gentle lift pushing up.
• Step 3: When it feels nearly balanced (neither falling nor pushed upward), softly let go. If it clings to the base, just repeat Step 2. Otherwise, congrats—you’ve got it floating!
