Application Instructions:

STEP ONE
Gently glide the applicator tip over the surface of the pressed cream eyeliner.
Note: Avoid deep dipping into the eyeliner to prevent excess product application. Our solid, balm-like formula is designed to coat the applicator tip evenly as it glides across the surface.

STEP TWO
