The Crack You Keep Filling Won't Disappear — Because You're Sealing It Wrong.
Your driveway, patio, and basement walls shift every day. Concrete expands under summer heat and contracts in winter’s chill. The foundation settles minutely. The soil moves after heavy rain. Each movement breaks the rigid caulk you applied last spring, causing the crack to open again.
CrackVault™ is the flexible polymer sealant that stretches along with your concrete instead of fracturing against it. Apply it, let it cure overnight, and the crack stays sealed through every freeze-thaw, blazing summer, and downpour. One pouch. Every crack. Done by Saturday.
Why It Lasts When Other Sealants Fail
✔ Elastically stretches, sets rock-hard — moves with the concrete so it won’t crack as temperatures vary
✔ Adheres to concrete, brick, stone, mortar, asphalt, and tile — one pouch covers every surface around your property
✔ Self-levels perfectly into cracks — no need for trowels, smoothing, or expert finishing
✔ Touch-dry in 6–12 hours, fully set in 24 — apply Saturday morning, walk on it Sunday
✔ UV-resistant in White, Grey, or Black — choose your best match and the repair fades into the slab
✔ Holds firm in heat and cold — won’t get sticky in summer or brittle in winter
How It Truly Works
Most “concrete sealants” settle on the surface, harden into a stiff plug, and crack as soon as the slab moves. CrackVault™ penetrates deep into the crack with a flexible polymer, bonds to the rough interior, and cures into a rubbery seal that flexes with the material around it. When the concrete expands or shrinks, the seal bends with it. When water hits it, the moisture beads up and rolls away.
“Filled the gap along the garage in July. Three freeze-thaw cycles in November later, it’s still smooth, flat, and dry. The basement smells like a basement again — no more damp cement.” — Mark T.
Three Simple Steps. About 10 Minutes Each Crack.
1. Clear loose debris and dust from inside the crack with a brush.
2. Cut the conical nozzle to fit the crack width, then squeeze the pouch from the bottom. The sealant flows in and levels out on its own.
3. Leave it alone. Check back in 24 hours. The crack is sealed.
Made For The Spots That Fail First
Driveway joints. Sidewalk cracks. Garage floors. Pool decks. Patio gaps. Basement wall splits. Foundation seams. Roof tile joints. Brick mortar lines. The nozzle trims to fit anything from a hairline to finger-wide gaps — and the formula bonds to any masonry surface your home cracks next.

Common Questions Before Your First Pouch
Will it hold up through winter?
Absolutely. Cracks reopen because rigid caulks shatter when concrete shrinks in cold. CrackVault™ stretches rather than breaks — that’s the key.
Will it stick to old, weathered concrete?
Yes, as long as the crack is dry and loose debris is brushed away. No primer necessary.
Can I drive on it once cured?
Yes, after the full 24-hour cure time.
How wide a crack can it fill?
From hairline up to about finger-width. For larger gaps, apply in two layers — let the first cure 24 hours, then add more.
What if I don’t use the entire pouch?
Seal the cap back on. The pouch keeps leftover sealant fresh for your next fix.
Does it work on vertical surfaces?
Yes — the thickness keeps it in place on basement walls and brick joints without dripping.
If The Crack Reopens, Contact Us.
Try CrackVault™ on your worst crack. If it reopens within 90 days, we’ll send a replacement pouch or refund your purchase — your choice. We’d rather replace one pouch than have you battle the same crack twice.
