How much flow do they actually hold?
Approximately the capacity of a tampon — comfortable alone on light to medium days, or as backup on your heaviest days alongside a tampon or cup.
Will they leak onto my clothes?
Not during normal-flow days. The leak-resistant layer is between the absorbent gusset and outer fabric to keep liquid contained. On very heavy flow days, treat them as backup, not your sole protection.
Are they bulky or visible under snug clothing?
No. The gusset is integrated into the brief, not an added layer. The mid-rise style lies flat under leggings, jeans, and dresses with no visible pads or seams.
How should I wash them to maintain their function?
